.Event Executive (Corporate Events, BTL & Branding Activities) (Only male) Two wheeler mandatory
Role Objective: Ensure smooth planning and flawless execution of events and BTL activities by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients on-ground.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Coordination
Assist in planning and execution of corporate events, activations, and branding projects
2. Vendor Management
Identify, coordinate, and manage vendors (fabrication, production, promoters, logistics, etc.) and Negotiate basic pricing and ensure cost control
3. On-Ground Execution
Handle end-to-end event setup, execution, and dismantling and Ensure branding, staging, and deliverables match approved designs. Manage manpower (promoters, volunteers, technicians)
4. Client Coordination (On Execution Level)
Support Client Servicing Manager during events and Handle basic client queries and real-time requirements on-site and client satisfaction
5. Logistics & Inventory
Manage transport, material movement, and inventory tracking
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare post-event reports (photos, videos, execution summary) and Submit expense on time
Required Skills
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Basic negotiation skills & Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Experience
0–3 years in event management / BTL / promotions
Freshers with strong interest in events can be considered. Salary (18 K -23 K)
