Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, social, and promotional events end-to-end

• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics

• Liaise with vendors, venues, sponsors, and internal stakeholders

• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions

• Oversee event setup, operations, and teardown

• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for event promotions

• Handle on-site event management and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

• Prepare post-event reports and performance evaluations
