Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various on-ground and online event operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution and delivering an excellent experience to attendees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of event execution (venue setup, materials, check-in systems, manpower, etc.)
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met
Handle on-site event operations including registration desk management, QR Check-in setup, and attendee assistance
Support digital registration, hardware setup (printer, scanner, etc.), and other tech aspects
Ensure timely dispatch and inventory of marketing materials for each event
Collect data, feedback, and reports post-event for analysis and improvement
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align event goals
Maintain budgets and track expenses for each event
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in event management or operations (fresher with relevant internship can also apply)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event needs
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic tech handling
Ability to stay calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with event tools or CRM systems is a plus
Basic knowledge of hardware setup (printers, QR scanners) is an advantage
