Role Overview

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning support, vendor coordination, and flawless on-ground execution of events. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work in dynamic event environments.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Planning

• Assist in event planning, timelines, checklists, and SOPs

• Coordinate with vendors (decor, catering, sound, lights, artists, logistics)

• Support client communication and requirement documentation

• Prepare event flow sheets, production schedules, and briefing notes

• Assist in budgeting, quotations, and purchase orders

On-Ground Execution

• Manage event setup, rehearsals, and breakdowns

• Coordinate with vendors and internal team during events

• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met

• Handle last-minute challenges and troubleshoot issues independently

• Manage guest experience, hospitality flow, and rituals (for weddings)

Post-Event

• Vendor follow-ups and closure

• Support billing coordination and feedback collection

• Assist in post-event documentation and learning reviews

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event planning / wedding execution

• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work long hours during event days

• Calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp coordination

• Willingness to travel for events

• It is a Full Time Event Management job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
