### Job Summary

Bharat Art Installations is looking for a proactive and responsible Event Operations Executive to manage the planning, coordination, production, and on-site execution of art installations, corporate events, and creative projects.

The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, artists, and clients to ensure smooth project execution within timelines and budgets.

### Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate end-to-end execution of art installation and event projects.

* Plan project timelines, schedules, and execution activities.

* Coordinate with artists, fabricators, vendors, and suppliers.

* Manage material procurement and production requirements.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and production teams.

* Visit project sites and supervise installation and dismantling.

* Ensure quality control and timely project delivery.

* Maintain project reports, checklists, and expense records.

* Coordinate logistics, transportation, and manpower.

* Handle on-site challenges and ensure smooth execution.

* Share daily project updates with management.

* Ensure workplace and site safety standards.

### Required Skills

* Problem-solving and decision-making.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

### Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in event management, production, exhibitions, fabrication, or operations.

* Experience in handling vendors and on-ground teams will be preferred.

* Should be proactive, disciplined, and accountable.

### Salary & Benefits
