Event Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Education Event Officers to join our PAN India team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing educational events across India. As a field-based position, you will play a key role in managing vendors, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth on-ground event execution.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about events, travel, and creative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate educational events across various locations in India.

• Manage logistics, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.

• Handle on-ground operations during events to ensure smooth execution.

• Assist in event setup, registration, and attendee engagement.

• Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders for event requirements.

• Prepare event reports and maintain communication with the management team.

• Represent the organization professionally during all field visits.

  Skills & Qualifications:

  • Age: 21 to 33 years

  • Qualification: Any graduate / pursuing degree students may apply

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India

  • Passion for event management and teamwork

  • Freshers and energetic individuals are encouraged to apply

    Salary & Benefits:

    💰 In-hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
    🚗 Travel Allowance (TA)

  • 🎯 Performance-Based Incentives: ₹500 – ₹1,500
