Job Description

We are looking for a EVENTS COORDINATOR to join our team to plan and coordinate events for Business Events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.

  • Ensure smooth execution during events.

  • Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.

  • Post-event reporting and feedback collection.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is XIIth passed with skills to work on laptop, mobile phone and should have basic knowledge of POSTING on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc To qualify for this job opening you must be street smart go-getters, have multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground during events. Candidates residing in and around LODHIROAD and having own vehicle have an advantage
