Event Assistant

• Assist the Artist Manager in all aspects of artist representation and daily administration

• Maintain and update artist calendars, bookings, and schedules

• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for gigs, tours, appearances, or studio sessions

• Act as a liaison between artists and clients, media, venues, and collaborators

• Help manage contracts, invoices, and payments

• Organize and archive promotional materials, portfolios, and digital content

• Track deadlines, releases, and deliverables for projects

• Support with social media, marketing campaigns, and press communications

• Attend events, rehearsals, or shoots when needed to provide on-site assistance
