Key Responsibilities
1. Catalog & Listing Management
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, and high-quality imagery.
Ensure SEO best practices are applied to product keywords to improve organic search rankings.
Manage "A+ Content" or "Enhanced Brand Content" where applicable.
2. Order & Logistics Coordination
Monitor incoming orders across all platforms and ensure they are processed for shipping within the TAT (Turnaround Time).
Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse teams to track dispatches and resolve delivery exceptions.
3. Inventory & Pricing
Maintain real-time inventory synchronization across multiple sales channels to prevent overselling.
Update pricing, discounts, and promotional coupons as per the marketing calendar.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Generate daily and weekly sales reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Monitor key metrics such as Return to Origin (RTO) rates, seller ratings, and customer feedback.
5. Customer Experience
Address customer queries and reviews promptly to maintain high seller performance scores.
Manage the end-to-end return and refund process.
