Key Goals & Responsibilities:
1. Client & Internal Coordination
Support in collecting client briefs and preparing proposals.
Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and logistics teams.
Maintain revision logs and approval updates.
2. Event Planning Support
Assist in preparing event checklists, timelines, and flow plans.
Follow up on deliverables with internal teams and vendors.
3. On-Ground Event Support
Ensure branding, setup, and deliverables match client expectations.
Support the senior servicing team during execution.
Document on-ground activities and report issues.
4. Documentation & Admin Tasks
Assist in billing documentation, vendor sheets, and client files.
Maintain project trackers and MIS updates.
5. Weekly Review Meeting
Present a clear summary of Work-In-Progress (WIP) during scheduled review meetings.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
