Catering Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Food Service Associate to join our catering and food service team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily food service operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the service counters and dining areas.

The Food Service Associate will assist in serving food and beverages to customers, maintaining proper food presentation, and ensuring that all service areas are clean and organized. The role also includes supporting kitchen staff during peak hours, refilling food items, and handling basic customer requests in a polite and professional manner.

The candidate should follow company policies related to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. They must ensure that utensils, counters, and service equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. Coordination with supervisors and other team members is essential to ensure smooth catering operations during events or daily service.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service or catering will be an added advantage.
