  • Follow up with staffs and handle end-to-end management
As an Operations Manager for an office supplies company with supply chain and accounts experience, you would be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient execution of all operational processes, including supply chain management, inventory control, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:
Supplier Relationship Management: Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality office supplies.
Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and ensure product availability.
Logistics and Transportation: Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and customers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation.
Operations Management:
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse and operations staff.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Financial Reporting:
Cost Analysis: Analyze operational costs and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports related to operations.
Other Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.

Supply Chain Management: Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
