Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Submersible Motor Winder for our repair workshop in Nandgram, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in rewinding and repairing various types of submersible pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

Dismantling, inspecting, and diagnosing faults in faulty submersible pumps.
Rewinding copper coils for single-phase and three-phase submersible motors.
Insulation, wedge replacement, varnishing, and assembling the motor back together.
Testing the repaired pumps for performance and current leakage before delivery.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in submersible pump rewinding.
Technical knowledge of wire gauges, slot configurations, and connection diagrams.
ITI certification in Electrical/Motor Winding is a plus, but practical experience is mandatory.
