Tender Executive

We are looking for an Tender Executive to join our team ES Support Pvt Ltd. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25-30,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Description: ES Support Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our Tendering & Bidding Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire tendering process on various government portals and ensuring timely submission of bids.
  Key Responsibilities:- Handling tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and Other E Procurement Portals .- Identifying new tender opportunities related to Manpower, Custom or Operation and Maintenance services.- Preparing and uploading bids/tenders, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.- Drafting, reviewing, and submitting clarifications, representations, or corrigendum responses on GeM/CPPP portals.- Coordinating with internal departments for technical, financial, and administrative inputs during bid preparation.- Maintaining tender records, status reports, and filing all related correspondence.- Monitoring updates, amendments, and notifications for ongoing and upcoming tenders.- Preparing Excel-based cost sheets, comparative statements, and data summaries.- Supporting management in tender evaluation and post-bid follow-ups.

  
  Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  Hands-on experience with GeM and other E procurement portal.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation in Any field.- Minimum 1 years of experience in tendering/bidding activities.

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
