Technician

We are looking for an electrical technician with a B or C license to join our team Onrgy Services Pvt Ltd.The task will include installing , Maintaining , and repairing electrical systems in building and Utility area. The Position offers an in hand salary of 18000 to 19000 thousand In Hand Salary and growth pportunities.

Key Resposnsibilities :

. Operations Support

• Monitor the performance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery during operations.

• Operate electrical panels, switchgear, and distribution systems as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Assist operations teams by providing technical support during production or service activities.

• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical equipment and processes.

2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures and downtime.

• Conduct predictive maintenance using tools such as thermography, vibration analysis, and electrical testing equipment.

• Maintain checklists and service records for all electrical systems and components.

3. Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Quickly diagnose and repair faults in electrical circuits, panels, motors, and control systems.

• Replace defective components such as fuses, relays, circuit breakers, and wiring.

• Coordinate with the operations team to minimize production disruptions during repairs.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Strictly follow electrical safety standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.

• Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures before maintenance work.

• Identify and mitigate electrical hazards to prevent accidents or equipment damage.

• Ensure proper grounding and insulation of all systems.

5. Equipment & System Monitoring

• Inspect power distribution systems, transformers, generators, UPS, and control systems regularly.

• Record operational parameters such as voltage, current, and load to track performance trends.

• Detect early warning signs of potential failures and report them to the maintenance manager.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and repair logs.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

• Update equipment history cards and maintenance software (if applicable).
