Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment such as projectors, LED screens, microphones, speakers, mixers, video conferencing systems, and sound systems

  • Provide on-site technical support during meetings, conferences, trainings, and events

  • Ensure proper functioning of AV equipment before and during use

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, and connectivity

  • Maintain and regularly inspect AV equipment to ensure optimal performance

  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, or upgrades when required

  • Manage AV inventory, cables, and accessories

  • Support video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling equipment
