Install, set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment such as projectors, LED screens, microphones, speakers, mixers, video conferencing systems, and sound systems
Provide on-site technical support during meetings, conferences, trainings, and events
Ensure proper functioning of AV equipment before and during use
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, and connectivity
Maintain and regularly inspect AV equipment to ensure optimal performance
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, or upgrades when required
Manage AV inventory, cables, and accessories
Support video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling equipment
