Scope of Technical Services

• Operation, inspection, repair and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, pumps, motors, panels, fire-fighting systems and other agreed building services.

• Breakdown attendance, troubleshooting and emergency support within the agreed response time.

• Minor civil, carpentry, painting and allied repair works, where included in the approved scope.

• Preparation of preventive-maintenance schedules, equipment logbooks, checklists and daily/monthly reports.

• Deployment of qualified technical personnel as per the approved manpower schedule.
