📌 Role Summary

The Technical Manager will lead and oversee all technical and operational aspects of facility management across multiple sites. This role demands a proactive leader with deep technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless functioning of building systems, manage vendor relationships, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all technical operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems

• Lead a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring timely maintenance and service delivery

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

• Monitor facility performance metrics and generate structured reports for senior management

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize service delivery

• Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory of technical equipment and spare parts

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold operational standards

• Support business continuity planning and emergency response readiness

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inElectrical,  

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in  technical operations

• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and compliance frameworks

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CMMS platforms, and structured reporting

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
