Technical Manager – Electrical Insulator Manufacturing & Testing

Location: Beechwal Industrial Area, Bikaner

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the manufacturing and testing of electrical insulators.

• Conduct and oversee electrical, mechanical and routine testing of different types of insulators.

• Ensure products meet required quality parameters and applicable IS/IEC standards.

• Handle testing equipment, maintain testing records and prepare technical reports.

• Identify manufacturing/testing issues and take corrective actions.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality.

• Ensure proper implementation of technical and testing procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electrical insulators/electrical equipment manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of electrical testing, testing equipment and manufacturing processes.

• Practical, shop-floor-oriented approach with good troubleshooting skills.

Preference will be given to candidates having direct experience in electrical insulator manufacturing and testing.

Work Location: In person

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
