Supervisor

We are looking for an Supervisor to join our team . The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Discussion with Sub-division officials for work front availability / MI potential.
Daily allocation of teams for MI activities.
Monitoring MI progress during the day.
Monitoring of safety practices followed by MI team during installation.
Update MI progress on daily basis.
Providing old meters submission details on daily basis.
Morning PEP talks – safety procedures and MI teams.
Daily liasioning with stakeholders.
Training of MI Teams.
Ensure compliance with SoPs.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma / Graduate and 3 - 4 years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.
Lead and motivate the team of technicians
Familiarity with WFM / Mobile Application
Liasioning and stakeholders management
Project Management skills

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
