Supervisor

We are looking for an Supervisor to join our team at Sarvaan Tech (opc) Private Limited. The tasks will include Solar Installation and Team Management . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• •  Listen and Obey all the commands given by Head Office or respective Operations department.

  •  Align the team to the site based on details shared a day prior.

  •  Divide the team and assign respective tasks.

  •  Ensure the team reaches the site on time.

  •  Submit the TBT video and fill out the TBT form on time.

  •  Manage work execution as per task process and time schedule.

  •  Inform the COM and Head Office about any work-related changes.

  •  Regularly update the group with photos and videos from the site.

  •  Conduct a complete site audit during closure and update closure details.

  •  Maintain tools properly and ensure all safety gear is used.

  •  Inform Head Office in advance if any safety gear is damaged.

  •  Communicate team members’ leave requests to the Head Office.

  •  Share the daily expense report with the Head Office at the end of each day.

  •  If unable to provide updates, assign a team member to do so.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
