Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to oversee on-site electrical activities. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting drawings, planning requirements, managing manpower, and ensuring accurate execution and measurement of electrical works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze electrical drawings to understand project requirements.

• Identify and arrange materials and resources as per drawings and site needs.

• Prepare accurate cost estimations based on project drawings and specifications.

• Supervise and manage on-site electrical workforce to ensure timely and quality execution.

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain measurement sheets for completed work.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Report progress and issues to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in electrical supervision or site work.

• Strong knowledge of reading and understanding electrical drawings.

• Basic knowledge of estimation and material planning.

• Good leadership and manpower handling skills.

• Familiarity with site safety standards and procedures.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reports, etc.).

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
