Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy
Solar Technician Certificate (MNRE preferred, not mandatory)
Fresher with training or 6 months–2 years experience can apply

Solar panel installation & maintenance knowledge
Inverter, battery, charge controller understanding
DC & AC wiring basics

Fault finding & troubleshooting

📋 Roles & Responsibilities

Install solar panels and related equipment at site
Perform wiring, earthing & inverter connections
Test and commission solar PV systems
Identify and resolve technical faults
Carry out regular maintenance & servicing
Follow safety guidelines during installation
Coordinate with team and site supervisor
Prepare basic installation reports
