Supervise the installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities.
Ensure project execution according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site labor efficiently.
Conduct site surveys and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor material receipt, storage, and utilization at the project site.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and company HSE policies.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers for smooth project execution.
Perform quality inspections and resolve site-related technical issues.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
Maintain proper project documentation and site records.
Ensure timely completion of work within the project schedule.
