Site In-Charge

We are looking for an Site In-Charge/ Site Supervisor to join our team at Girsa Global Services Private Limited. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities.

• Manage workers, technicians and site manpower.

• Ensure work is completed according to project plans and timelines.

• Monitor the quality of civil and electrical work.

• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and project managers.

• Maintain daily work progress reports and site documentation.

• Monitor material usage and report site requirements.

• Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Qualification:- B. Tech in Electrical

• Technical Knowledge of Civil / Electrical Work

• Problem-Solving and Communication Skills

• Daily Reporting and Documentations.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
