Job Description

Site Electrician / Maintenance Electrician

Key Responsibilities

Wiring & Installation: Install and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and MCB distribution boards across apartments and common areas.
Fault Fixing: Fast identification and repair of short circuits, cable breakdowns, tripped breakers, and voltage issues.
Power & Generator: Operate and monitor Diesel Generators (DG sets), main panel boards, changeovers, and water pump motors for non-stop power supply.
Site Temporary Power: Setup and maintain temporary power supply connections for construction and site offices safely.

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 3 years at a real estate site, building, or residential society.
Qualification: ITI (Electrical) or 8th/10th pass with solid practical experience.
Skills: Knowledge of Single Phase and 3-Phase supply, panel board dressing, MCBs, and basic electrician tools.
