Service engineer

Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park & Whitefield)
Reporting To: Service Head

Qualification:

• Minimum ITI – Electrical (Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred)

• Local candidate with fluency in the local language
  Note: Bike and valid driving license required

Experience:

• Fresher to 2 years relevant experience

• Experience with tea/coffee vending machines preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must have a bike with a valid driving license (fieldwork required)

• Strong local area knowledge and network

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹25,000–30,000/month

• Travel Allowance (TA): ₹3,000/month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot tea/coffee machines, attend customer calls, rectify faults, and ensure machines are operational.

• Perform servicing, cleaning, preventive maintenance; verify daily operator reports; maintain monthly service schedules.

• Maintain excellent customer relations and address concerns promptly.

• Supervise and coordinate with customers, admin, CREs, and senior engineers; manage stock and consumption reports.

• Train operators on machine handling, cleaning, service, behavior, communication, and safety.

• Assist in machine demonstrations and installations.

• Maintain documentation of spare stock, consumption, and calculations.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work reports as required
