Job Description: Handle complete Pre and Post-Sales Support, with good electrical knowledge. Ensuring smooth operations of the Sales department and help in preparing proposals. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1 – 4 yrs experience in Electrical maintenance of automation. Good exposure Industrial Automation, Power distribution system, Preventive Maintenance and Trouble shooting

·    Handle Pre Sales & Post Sales activities

·    Sound electrical knowledge to assist prospects and customers

·    Ensuring smooth operations of the Sales and Customer support

·    Help in resolving customer quries and Preparing proposals

·    Handling enquiries, preparing quotations and generate re-orders from existing customers

·    Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customers enquiries

·    Electrical engineer in AC DC power systems with wire schematics

·    Choosing electrical component & functional validation and Load analysis

·    Closing client complaints within stipulated time and maintaining the service quality standards
