Service engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Game Maintenance and Repair:

  Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in various arcade games, redemption machines, and other attractions. 

• Preventative Maintenance:

  Conducting routine checks and maintenance to prevent potential issues and ensure optimal performance of equipment. 

• Guest Interaction:

  Assisting guests with game-related inquiries, troubleshooting minor issues, and providing information about promotions and events. 

• Technical Support:

  Providing technical support to other team members and escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels. 

• Inventory Management:

  Assisting with the management of spare parts and supplies for game maintenance. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensuring all games and attractions meet safety standards and regulations. 

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with other team members, including venue managers and guest service associates, to create a positive and enjoyable environment for guests. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:

  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and electronic equipment. 

• Customer Service Skills:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and provide a positive experience. 

• Teamwork:

  Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other staff members. 

• Physical Stamina:

  Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and perform tasks that may require bending, stooping, and reaching. 

• Prior Experience:

  Experience in a similar role, such as a technician, engineer, or maintenance worker, is often preferred. 

• Passion for Entertainment:

  A genuine interest in providing fun and engaging experiences for guests.
