Job Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment/machinery.
Visit customer sites for troubleshooting and technical support.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and technical issues.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Provide product demonstrations and basic technical training to customers.
Maintain service reports, job cards, and customer service records.
Coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams for customer requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Travel to different customer locations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in service engineering or maintenance.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to different locations.
Valid driving license preferred.
