Service engineer

Installation & Commissioning:

Install, configure, and commission new equipment or machinery at client locations.

Conduct testing to ensure equipment functions correctly before handover to the client.

Maintenance & Repair:

Perform regular maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment in a timely manner.

Replace or repair faulty components and parts as required.

Customer Support:

Provide technical support to customers over the phone or in person.

Offer advice to customers on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

Inspection & Testing:

Carry out inspections and testing to identify any operational problems.

Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.

Documentation:

Complete service reports, including descriptions of the work performed and any parts used.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer equipment and service history.

Compliance:
