• Conduct servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of electric two-wheelers

• Support customers in resolving technical issues

• Maintain service records and handle warranty claims processing

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in service, preferably in two-wheelers or EV sector

• Strong knowledge of motor, controller, battery, and wiring harness

• Willingness to travel locally for service support

• Good communication and customer handling skills
