Qualification: ITI Electrical/ Diploma / BE in Electrical or Mechanical

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment at customer sites. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and commissioning of machines/equipment at client sites
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical/mechanical issues
Conducting routine maintenance and inspections
Attending service breakdown calls on priority
Preparing service reports and maintaining documentation
Coordinating with customers and internal teams
Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to travel to different sites
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in engineering/service industry
Knowledge of industrial equipment or generators
Two-wheeler with valid driving license
