Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to handle UPS repair, service calls, and product installation at customer sites. The role includes diagnosing issues, fixing equipment, and supporting customers with reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer sites to repair and maintain UPS systems.

Handle product installation and commissioning.

Find and fix technical problems independently.

Support and guide junior technicians if needed.

Keep track of spare parts and tools.

Complete service reports and paperwork.

Follow all safety rules at the worksite.

Suggest extra services or sales when needed.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.

Field service experience, especially in power systems or UPS.

Basic knowledge of tools and technical documentation.

Valid local driving license.

Ability to work independently and manage customer service well.
