Job Description

The Service Engineer is responsible for execution, supervision, coordination, and service support of HVAC, Electrical, and Firefighting systems at construction site projects. The role ensures timely completion of works as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.

Supervise and execute HVAC, Electrical, and Firefighting works at site
Ensure installation is as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications,
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
Monitor daily site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Check and verify materials, makes, and quantities as per approvals
Handle testing, commissioning, and snag clearance activities
Identify site issues and provide technical solutions with senior engineers
Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and quality procedures
Support measurement, billing, and documentation work
Attend project meetings and follow up on closure of action items
