Senior Facility Executive

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sr Facility Executive with a strong technical background to lead facility management operations, overseeing critical systems and staff across multiple commercial facilities. The ideal candidate ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations and has proven leadership skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) from a recognized university.

• 4 to 8 years of proven work experience in managing technical facility services.

• Strong team leadership and vendor management capabilities.

• Detailed knowledge of facility safety and regulatory codes.

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel.

• Manage facilities-related vendor performance and contract obligations.

• Create detailed operational and financial reports for management.

• Coordinate repairs and renovations, overseeing all technical aspects.

• Manage inventory for spare parts and facility consumables.

• Oversee budget implementation and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Travel to multiple locations for on-site facility audits and management.
