Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties • Assembly: Assembling electronic parts using tools like hand soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimpers, and presses. • Soldering/Component Prep: Performinghand soldering and installing electronic components (SMT or through-hole) on circuit boards. • Machine Operation: Setting up and running manufacturing equipment, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines. • Quality Inspection: Conducting visual inspections and using testing equipment to check functionality, ensuring adherence to quality standards. • Production Monitoring: Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules to meet daily targets. • Documentation:Filling out production logs, recording defects, and documenting material usage. • Technical Skills: Ability to read assembly drawings, diagrams, and SOPs. Knowledge of SMT components and basic circuit knowledge is preferred. • Technical Abilities: Proficiency in soldering and Basic Electronics component identification. • Attention to Detail: High level of precision to ensure accuracy in assembly and inspection
