Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

We are looking for an MST to join our team WWSO. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of 23000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing responsibilities include installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and water/waste systems, while electrical responsibilities involve installing and maintaining wiring, circuit boards, outlets, and lighting. Both roles require diagnosing and fixing problems, ensuring compliance with codes, performing maintenance, and using blueprints and other plans to guide their work. 

Plumbing responsibilities

• Install and repair pipes for water, gas, and other services, including cutting, assembling, and connecting them.

• Install and maintain fixtures and appliances like sinks, faucets, and washing machines.

• Troubleshoot and fix issues like leaks, broken pipes, and clogged drains.

• Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for installation.

• Ensure all work is performed according to plumbing codes and regulations. 

Electrical responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, and lighting.

• Install and wire new electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes and regulations.

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. 

Combined responsibilities

• Work on integrated systems, such as installing both plumbing and electrical components in a building.

• Coordinate with other teams, including construction, to ensure projects are completed correctly.

• Estimate costs and document work performed, including materials used.

• Complete preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI or Diploma and Minimum 2 years exp. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
