Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our

maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical systems,

air conditioning (HVAC), and basic knowledge of carpentry and plumbing. This position

requires hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently

or as part of a team to maintain and repair various systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

 Electrical:

o Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.

o Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical panels, lighting, and

wiring.

o Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

 Air Conditioning (HVAC):

o Maintain, service, and repair air conditioning systems and components.

o Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks on HVAC

equipment.

o Identify faults and recommend improvements for system efficiency.

 Plumbing:

o Carry out basic plumbing installations and repairs (pipes, faucets, toilets,

drains).

o Detect and fix leaks, blockages, or water supply issues.

o Assist in maintaining hot water systems and sanitary facilities.

 Carpentry:

o Perform minor carpentry repairs (doors, locks, hinges, shelves).

o Assist in basic woodwork and structural maintenance when needed.

 General Maintenance:

o Conduct regular inspections of the premises.

o Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

o Maintain accurate records of work done and materials used.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Technical diploma or certification in Electrical, HVAC, or related field.

 3+ years of experience in a similar multi-trade role.

 Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.

 Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

 Knowledge of health and safety standards and practices.

 Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Work Environment:

 Indoor and outdoor environments.

 Exposure to heat, noise, and dust.

 May involve working at heights or in tight spaces.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory):

 Electrical License / Certification

 HVAC Technician Certification

 Safety or First Aid Training
