Key responsibilities
Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building equipment.
Support basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
Help respond to maintenance requests and report issues to the supervisor.
Assist with maintaining lighting, pumps, and other facility systems, within training and authorization.
Use tools and equipment safely and keep them clean and organized.
Update maintenance checklists and work records as instructed.
Keep work areas tidy and follow site safety procedures.
Coordinate politely with occupants and team members while completing maintenance work.
Escalate faults, hazards, and repairs requiring specialist skills.
Qualifications and skills
ITI, vocational certificate, diploma, or relevant training in electrical, mechanical, facilities, or a related field preferred.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
Basic understanding of hand tools and maintenance practices.
Eagerness to learn, dependable attitude, and good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Willingness to work shifts or weekends if required.
