Job Summary
A Multi Skill Technician (MST) is responsible for carrying out preventive, breakdown, and routine maintenance of building services. The technician should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, and HVAC maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of building systems.
Attend daily maintenance complaints and close jobs within the specified timeline.
Carry out basic electrical work such as replacing switches, sockets, MCBs, lights, fans, and troubleshooting minor electrical faults.
Perform plumbing repairs including taps, flush tanks, wash basins, pipelines, valves, and leakage rectification.
Carry out minor carpentry work such as door adjustments, locks, hinges, handles, and furniture repairs.
Perform basic civil maintenance including tile repairs, wall patchwork, waterproofing touch-ups, and painting touch-ups.
Assist in maintenance of HVAC systems such as AHUs, FCUs, split ACs, and ventilation systems.
Inspect DG sets, water pumps, STP/WTP, and other utility equipment as assigned.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company SOPs.
Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists, and work reports.
Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete maintenance activities.
Maintain cleanliness of tools and work areas.
