Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, civil, and carpentry works.
Attend and resolve maintenance complaints within the defined turnaround time.
Inspect and maintain lighting, switches, sockets, fans, air conditioners, geysers, pumps, and other equipment.
Perform basic plumbing repairs, including leak rectification, tap replacement, and drainage maintenance.
Carry out minor civil and carpentry repairs such as door locks, hinges, furniture, and wall touch-ups.
Monitor the functioning of utility systems and report any abnormalities immediately.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company SOPs.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and maintenance work when required.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, job cards, and service records.
Support emergency maintenance requirements on a priority basis.
Ensure minimal disruption to guest house or facility operations during maintenance activities.
Report material requirements and assist in inventory management of maintenance consumables.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completing maintenance activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager or management from time to time.
