Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for:
- Electrical systems (lights, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs)
- Plumbing & sanitary fittings (leakages, blockages, fixtures)
- HVAC systems (basic AC servicing, filter cleaning, fault reporting)
- Carpentry & civil works (doors, locks, furniture, minor repairs)
Attend helpdesk tickets and tenant complaints within defined TAT.
Identify faults and carry out on-the-spot repairs where possible.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and AMC services.
