We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day technical maintenance activities at commercial office spaces. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, and basic fire & safety systems.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Electrical maintenance (lights, switches, DB, MCB, panels)
AC maintenance – Split, Cassette, VRV/VRF (basic)
Plumbing work – leakage fixing, taps, flush tanks, pumps
DG set operation, diesel filling & logbook maintenance
UPS & power backup basic checks
Fire & safety system basic checks
Preventive & breakdown maintenance
Daily checklist & logbook updating
Vendor coordination & support during AMC works
Immediate response to breakdown complaints

🎓 Qualification

ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing)
Fresher or 1–5 years' experience in facility management
