Common area lighting (corridor, staircase, basement, terrace)
Street light / pathway light maintenance
LT Panel & DB checking and tightening
Timer / photocell operation check for common lights
DG synchronization panel basic inspection
UPS system (if applicable) basic monitoring
Replace fused bulbs, tube lights, drivers, LED fixtures
Cable tray & wiring visual inspection
Energy meter reading (Common EB meter / DG meter
