Job Description

1. Conducting preventive maintenance on servos and transformers, checking oil levels and breathers, and replacing defective components whenever necessary.
2. Replacing and installing defective light fixtures, sending faulty lights and equipment to the head office/concerned vendor for repair, and submitting requisitions for new purchases.
3. Performing preventive maintenance on generators, checking air filters, fuel levels, battery water, and coolant,
4. Inspecting the site to identify and list the deficiencies.
5. Switching campus lights on/off.
6. Performing preventive maintenance on air conditioners, cleaning filters and both outdoor and indoor units, and coordinating with vendors for repairs whenever necessary.
7. Replace defective taps and plumbing fixtures and prevent water leaks to minimize water wastage.
8. Performing preventive maintenance on water coolers, air coolers, motors, electrical panels, and sub-panels, and replacing defective components as required.
9. Conducting preventive maintenance on rolling shutters and applying oil and grease to them as required by deploying the team.
