1. Job Purpose
The MST will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities at the assigned site, ensuring proper functioning of equipment, timely completion of maintenance work, and adherence to safety and client requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities at the assigned site.
Attend and resolve electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC and other maintenance-related complaints as per site requirements.
Conduct regular inspection of equipment, machinery, electrical panels, pumps, DG, HVAC systems and other facility assets.
Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per the approved schedule.
Attend breakdown/emergency maintenance complaints promptly.
Allocate work to technicians and monitor their performance.
Ensure proper utilization and availability of tools, equipment and maintenance materials.
Maintain daily maintenance records, complaint registers and preventive maintenance checklists.
Coordinate with the Facility Manager, client representatives and other departments regarding maintenance requirements.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within the required timeline.
Monitor contractor/vendor work and ensure quality of services.
Maintain minimum stock of essential spare parts and consumables.
Report major breakdowns, safety issues and maintenance requirements to the reporting manager immediately.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements and safety procedures.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices by the maintenance team.
Support emergency response activities whenever required.
Maintain good housekeeping in technical/maintenance areas.
Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.
3. Required Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil or relevant technical trade.
Relevant technical certification will be an added advantage.
4. Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, building maintenance, commercial/industrial sites or similar environments.
Experience in handling technicians and day-to-day maintenance operations will be preferred.
5. Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil maintenance.
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot common technical problems.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
Basic computer knowledge for preparing reports and maintaining records.
Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements.

8. Working Conditions
Full-time site-based position.
Shift duty may be applicable depending on site requirements.
Candidate must be willing to attend emergency/breakdown calls when required.
Compliance with company uniform, ID card, safety and site discipline requirements is mandatory.
