Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, DG sets, panels, and UPS.

• Handle plumbing, basic HVAC, and minor civil repair works at the logistics facility.

• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime in warehouse/office operations.

• Support installation, inspection, and testing of equipment and utilities.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with facility team and vendors for timely completion of repair works.

• Maintain daily checklists, logbooks, and service records.

• Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices at the site.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.

• 35 years of experience in facility management, preferably in logistics/warehousing industry.

• Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC.

• Ability to work independently and handle multi-technical tasks.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
