Job Description

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician (Residential Sector)

Location: Perumbakkam - Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skill)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Multi-Skilled Technician to join our residential maintenance team. The candidate should have basic knowledge or hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing works. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair work in residential apartments.
Handle basic electrical issues such as wiring, switch replacements, and light fittings.
Carry out plumbing works including leak repairs, pipe maintenance, and fixture installations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Coordinate with the facility team for daily operations and reporting.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma or any relevant technical qualification (preferred).
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different maintenance tasks.
Good problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
