We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee refrigeration, electrical, and cold storage systems at our facility in Koparkhairane. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background and hands-on experience managing maintenance operations in an industrial setting.

 Responsibilities

• Lead and execute preventive maintenance schedules for refrigeration and electrical systems

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Perform regular inspections to identify issues in refrigeration units, electrical circuits, and cold storage equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime

• Manage spare parts inventory; procure and negotiate with suppliers to control costs

• Maintain maintenance records and logs; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

• Analyze maintenance data to improve system reliability and optimize budgets

 Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Refrigeration); wireman license or refrigeration trade certificate is a plus

• 6–10 years of maintenance experience, including managing refrigeration or cold storage systems

• Proven leadership and team-management skills

• Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance practices

• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills

• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
